At Spirit Mastery, every product is created with intention and produced on demand especially for you.
Because our items are made to order, shipping times may vary depending on the product and destination.
Processing Time
All apparel, accessories, and print-on-demand products are typically processed within 2–7 business days before shipping.
Books and printed materials may require 3–10 business days for production depending on the format and supplier.
Please note that during product launches, holidays, or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Estimated Shipping Times
After production, estimated shipping times are:
- Switzerland: 3–7 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–20 business days
Books may ship separately from apparel or accessories.
If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and on different dates.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items ordered.
Promotional offers such as free shipping may be available during selected campaigns.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by:
- customs processing
- courier delays
- weather conditions
- incorrect shipping addresses
- high seasonal demand
Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping information is correct before placing your order.
Orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer may require an additional shipping fee for reshipment.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or the estimated arrival date.
We will gladly help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
